Now Hiring: Receiving Department Associates (2 Openings)


Express Employment Professionals is hiring two Receiving Department Associates for a temp-to-permanent opportunity with one of our valued clients.


In this hands-on warehouse role, you'll be responsible for unloading delivery trucks, receiving shipments, moving inventory, and safely handling boxes using hand trucks and other material-handling equipment. This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent heavy lifting and working efficiently as part of a team.


Pay:

• $16.00/hour
• Temp-to-permanent opportunity

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Depending on the day's truck deliveries, shifts may end as early as 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM. The latest scheduled end time is 4:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming delivery trucks
• Receive and organize shipments
• Lift and move boxes and materials safely
• Use hand trucks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain an organized and efficient receiving area
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of deliveries

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy boxes throughout the shift
• Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience Requested

• One or more years of experience with shipping and receiving preferred
• Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds, and at times up to 50 pounds safely
• High school diploma/GED required
