Professional Liability Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in motion practice and trials
• Handling a diverse range of professional liability matters, including claims involving attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, and real estate agents

Qualifications:

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials
• Admittance to practice in California
• 4+ years of experience in business litigation
• Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters is highly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
