Investment Analyst - Real Estate Finance Group

The U.S. Real Estate Finance team is looking for an analyst who will work with a team focused on the origination of commercial real estate loans within the Dallas Regional Office.The Analyst will review new investment opportunities, prepare investment analyses, and summarize the key attributes, risks, and merits of potential investments. In addition to supporting new loan originations, the Analyst will be responsible for the annual review, performance monitoring, and ongoing surveillance of existing portfolio loans. The role requires the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and effectively communicate findings through Excel models, presentation materials, written reports, and AI-assisted tools.
