Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to build and grow a new territory in the medical aesthetics industry. You will work directly with med-spas, dermatologists, dentists, aesthetic clinics, and beauty centers , introducing innovative devices and consumables while helping clients increase their revenue.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory

· Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, field visits, and networking

· Sell aesthetic devices and consumables in a B2B environment

· Deliver compelling in-person and virtual product demonstrations

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners and key decision-makers

· Support clients in growing their revenue through treatment optimization and upselling strategies

· Manage sales pipeline, activities, and reporting using CRM tools

· Consistently track and achieve KPIs and exceed sales targets

Requirements

· Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 2+ years) in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

· Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing

· Experience working with clinics, med-spas, or similar businesses

· Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Existing network in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry (strong plus)

· Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset

· Willingness to travel locally (valid driver’s license required)

· Fluent in English

· Proven experience selling devices or capital equipment
