Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Sales Planning Manager to lead the LATAM organization through sales planning strategy, Including demand alignment, forecasting, revenue planning, trade investment optimization and performance analytics. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operation to drive revenue growth, improve forecast accuracy, price governance, dashboard ownership, competitive monitoring, and enabling informed and profitable decision-making across LATAM countries and related Samyang America teams.

The professional plays a critical role in ensuring pricing accuracy, data integrity, and operational excellence, providing actionable insights that support the success of the LATAM business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning (LATAM Market)

  • Lead the development and management of the sales forecast (monthly, quarterly, annual).

  • Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to align demand forecasts with production and inventory plans.

  • Drive forecast accuracy improvements through data analysis and process optimization.

  • Own S&OP inputs and represent Sales in cross-functional demand planning meetings.

  • Lead sales planning for the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly reforecasts.

  • Develop revenue, volume, and trade spend projections by customers, channel, and SKU.

  • Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to support pricing strategy and market intelligence.

  • Identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities through comprehensive sales and pricing analysis.

  • Manage and maintain pricing structures, price lists, and pricing data accuracy across systems.

  • Support target reviews, price analysis in alignment with commercial strategy.

  • Partner with FP&A to ensure alignment on financial targets and margin expectations.

Office Guidance for Targeting

  • Oversee trade spend planning and ROI analysis.

  • Provide guidance to Sales teams on customer, channel, product, and market targeting based on sales, pricing, and market analysis.

  • Support sales target setting by country, customer, product portfolio, and segment, ensuring alignment with forecast, pricing strategy, and profitability objectives.

  • Translate commercial strategy, pricing assumptions, and market insights into clear and actionable targeting recommendations for field execution.

  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing teams to ensure targeting priorities are consistent, realistic, and data-driven.

  • Partner with Sales to develop customer-specific plans aligned with revenue and margin goals.

  • Monitor target achievement versus plan, provide variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Own and maintain dashboards and reports related to sales performance, pricing, margins, forecasts, and target tracking.

  • Provide actionable insights to leadership team to improve execution and profitability.

  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales performance (revenue, volume, distribution, pricing, trade spend ROI).

  • Lead post-event analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Consolidate and deliver clear reports and executive summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all sales administration, pricing, and targeting-related reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as primary liaison between Sales, FP&A, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain for planning activities.

  • Support new product launch planning and revenue forecasting.

  • Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and operational capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales administration, pricing, data analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Demonstrated experience leading forecasting, AOP planning, and trade investment analysis.

  • Solid understanding of sales targeting methodologies, pricing principles, margin analysis, and revenue management.

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG/CPG industry dynamics and competitive pricing environments.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • LATAM market expertise is highly valued and considered a differentiating factor.

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Comfortable managing complex pricing data, targets, and large datasets.

  • Strong business mindset with the ability to balance sales growth and profitability.

  • Collaborative team player who effectively supports Sales, Pricing, and SCM decision-makers.

  • Passionate about data accuracy, process improvement, and governance.

The base salary for this position is between $110,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
