Marketing and Event Outreach Coordinator

Join the Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Crew! Join the Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee crew and help grow a fast-moving mobile coffee business in Tampa. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful individual to focus on lead generation and outreach by identifying event opportunities and putting us in front of the right people. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time as the business expands. This position is centered on creating opportunities, not closing sales, as our team handles bookings while you generate the pipeline. You will research and identify local events, businesses, and organizations to target, build and maintain lead lists, conduct outreach through email and social media, follow up to keep leads warm, and monitor platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn for new opportunities. You will also identify high-value opportunities such as corporate events, schools, festivals, and large groups while tracking all outreach and activity.
