INGENIEUR EXPLOITATION (75019)
Dans le cadre d’un important projet avec une entreprise grand compte, nous recherchons des Ingénieurs d’exploitation IT. Intégré au service informatique et encadré par son responsable, vous êtes en charge du maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications du groupe. Vous exercez en toute autonomie votre mission sous le contrôle du Responsable de production. Vous faites preuve de polyvalence afin d’assurer la continuité du service. Votre mission : Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications et des infrastructures gestion du RUN. Assurer la surveillance de l’ensemble du SI : application, traitement, flux, infrastructure. Résoudre les incidents d’exploitation et escalader au bon niveau de support interne ou externe. Être force de proposition pour l’automatisation des activités récurrentes. Documenter les procédures d’exploitation. Répondre aux demandes qui lui sont affectées à travers l’outil de gestion de tickets. Faire évoluer l’outil de supervision pour qu’il soit le reflet du SI. Coordonner la résolution des incidents avec les partenaires/fournisseurs du groupe. Mettre en production les applications métiers : Coordonner les Mises en production. Déployer les versions applicatives sur les différents environnements d’exécution jusqu’à celui de la production. Assurer la communication prévue tout au long du déploiement de la version applicative. Mettre en place les composants du socle d’exploitation (logiciels…) pour la mise en production des applications. Documenter ou valider la documentation d’exploitation. Participer à l’installation, l’adaptation et l’administration des outils d’exploitation, en tenant compte des impératifs et contraintes des applications, en surveillant les performances et en apportant les solutions correctives nécessaires. Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle du socle d’exploitation : Sauvegarde Supervision Ordonnancement et Flux Contrôler la documentation et réaliser la documentation des procédures Valider la complétude des documents transmis par le CP. Documenter les procédures usuelles. Compétences requises : De formation supérieure en informatique, une expérience significative en exploitation informatique. Pratique d’ITIL et maîtrise des processus. Application : FTP, SFTP, serveurs Web. Essentiellement Linux pour la gestion des applications : Ubuntu / RedHAT. Windows : DNS, AD, Radius. Connaissance SQL : Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL. Docker et la containerisation. Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, SFTP, FTPS. Scripting système : scripting bash, python. ETL Datastage. Déploiement automatisé : Ansible, Gitlab, Jenkins. Gestion de logs centralisé : Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash. Outils d'ordonnancement. Connaissance Bases de données d’un point de vue technique.
