Senior Finance Manager

Seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Finance Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the company's planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, driving financial visibility and actionable insights across the business. Key responsibilities Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes to align with company objectives Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance and trend analysis for leadership Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance/accounting roles Strong foundation in finance and accounting principles with advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills Experience preparing management reporting and decision-support analyses for senior leaders Strong proficiency in three-statement financial modeling and integrated forecasting; experience with ERP systems preferred
