Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, delivering tailored interventions that address specific client needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on the clients’ goals, ensuring that each plan aligns with evidence-based practices.

• Assess the emotional and mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including families facing conflicts, couples in distress, individuals battling anxiety or depression, and those seeking support for addiction recovery. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client is paramount to delivering effective and sensitive care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, with subsequent licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in good standing.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for forming trusting relationships with clients.

• Proven ability to work effectively with couples and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
