Customer Service Representative / Front Desk

Job Description Job Description Aloma Printing, a family-owned commercial printing company serving Central Florida since 1995, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in being a main point of contact from start to finish!
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person
Enter job tickets into a Print Management Software system (EFI) and research quotes
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Document and update customer records
Help maintain a smooth and organized front office environment
Collaborate with our production team to ensure accurate and on-time job delivery
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience (printing industry experience a plus)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with Apple computers a plus)
A team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset
