Entry Psr I/Lobby Experience CoordinatorThe Entry Psr I/Lobby Experience Coordinator helps with patient care by greeting them upon arrival and answering any questions or concerns with care and compassion. The individual will also help maintain the integrity of the waiting area and assist with breaks when other Phlebotomists are unavailable. This individual will also utilize Phlebotomy skills to grow within the company. The Entry Psr I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining what to expect to patients regarding the scheduled procedure for the patients in a safe and accurate manner. The impact of this individual will be crucial to maintaining the integrity of the lobby and ensuring that all patients are provided with the level of service that is expected. Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Maintains required records and documentation.
