Lead marketing, commerce and loyalty solutions to drive digital growth! EPAM Systems is hiring a Director, Digital Engagement to champion digital strategy and drive revenue growth for our clients. The ideal candidate blends marketing and commerce subject matter expertise with deep consulting experience to deliver technology-driven loyalty, commerce and customer engagement solutions. You act as a strategic advisor — helping brands optimize their technology stacks to create personalized, high-value experiences. In this role, you work closely with large-scale clients to design roadmaps that maximize the impact of platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Talon.One, Eagle Eye, Shopify and Optimizely. By connecting strategy with technology execution, you ensure our clients build lasting relationships with their audiences. Responsibilities Serve as the digital engagement lead to create marketing and commerce strategies, program roadmaps and technology solutions for enterprise clients Shape customer experience solutions using leading platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Talon One, Eagle Eye, Shopify and Optimizely Oversee the full solution life cycle from initial design and user experience through development and release Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders to maximize account growth Drive digital revenue by identifying new opportunities, supporting sales activities and leading request for proposal responses Scope and price engagements while leading a seamless transition from the sales process to delivery execution Hunt for new business opportunities within existing accounts and through industry networking events Requirements Eight or more years of experience developing client relationships and leading teams that deliver digital marketing, commerce and loyalty solutions History of driving revenue, managing large-scale accounts and achieving billable growth targets Deep subject matter expertise in marketing and commerce technology ecosystems, specifically Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, Optimizely, Talon One and Eagle Eye Experience designing and implementing agentic commerce solutions to enhance consumer engagement Strong problem-solving skills to operate strategically while managing multiple priorities Experience managing performance metrics and key performance indicators across enterprise client portfolios Clear communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and deliver compelling business solutions Ability to manage complex client engagements to successful completion Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% for client on-sites, industry events and quarterly business reviews Nice to have Background in the consumer and services sectors Familiarity with emerging AI-driven personalization and recommendation technologies as well as agentic commerce solutions We offer Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) Employee Assistance Program Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off – the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Employee Discounts Pet Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.
