Manager II, Digital Experience

To manage and be accountable for the performance and results of the Digital team and resources. Direct the vision and development of digital products used by our members and employees. Partner with product team members to include Developers, Scrum Master, and UX representatives to ensure deliverables fulfill strategic needs and drives superior member experience. Influence and manage cross organizational projects and initiatives and ensure team strategy aligns with department and organizational goals. Apply comprehensive understanding and knowledge of industry standards and principles to achieve department goals.
