Hiring: Enterprise Account Director – Federal | Cybersecurity & AI Security

Washington, D.C. Metro Area

Full-Time | Remote with 10-25% Travel

✈️ Travel: 10–25%

We’re looking for an experienced Federal Sales Executive to help build and grow federal business within the cybersecurity and AI security space.

This is an opportunity for a self-driven sales professional to develop strategic relationships, engage senior government stakeholders, and drive enterprise sales across the Department of War (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive federal revenue growth.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across the DoD and Intelligence Community.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Identify new business opportunities and independently build a strong sales pipeline.
Partner with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations and tailored customer solutions.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics using Salesforce and Clari.
Represent the organization at federal industry events and conferences.

What We’re Looking For

5–15 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity and federal markets.
Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions to the DoD and/or Intelligence Community.
Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
Current residence in the Washington, D.C. metro area (relocation is not available).
Startup or high-growth company experience, with the ability to build pipeline and close deals independently.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to conduct product demonstrations and address technical questions.
Established relationships with federal stakeholders and experience navigating complex procurement processes.

Preferred: Experience working with Federal VARs, FSIs, and Carahsoft, or a background as a Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.

Important Requirements

✅ Active TS clearance

✅ Current Washington, D.C. metro area residency

✅ Cybersecurity enterprise sales experience with DoD/IC customers

✅ U.S. citizens only. Visa sponsorship is not available.
