Sr. Internal Recruiter

Hiring a Sr. Internal Recruiter based in Boston to support the Kforce Tri‑State offices. You will be responsible for staffing Sales Associates, Recruiters, Business Partners, Leaders and BDA's while working closely with the Hiring Managers. You will also be responsible for getting out into the market and attending networking events and making a name for yourself as the face of Kforce in the Boston and NY Offices. You will be onsite in Boston 2 days a week and remote the remaining 3. Kforce is a solutions firm specializing in technology, finance & accounting, and professional staffing services. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand hiring objectives and determine hiring needs. Facilitate the requisition request process. Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence, ad searches, career fairs, internet postings, and direct contacts. Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotiations. Submit candidates directly to hiring managers, provide information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations. Coordinate interview and follow up activities. Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations; partner with hiring managers, senior leaders and compensation team members as needed. Ensure proper requisition and offer approvals are obtained, and all activity is tracked in the applicant tracking system accurately and in a timely manner. Connect with candidates and partner with hiring managers on a regular basis to ensure expectations are met. Attend local networking events and college events. Continuously work on improving the candidate and hiring manager experience and stay abreast of current recruiting trends and recommend creative strategies to meet hiring goals. Serve as a primary resource to hiring managers for recruitment strategy advice, consultation and education on recruitment best practices. Adhere to all fair employment laws and practices. Qualifications At least 5 years of staffing industry experience (Internal or External). College Degree. A plus: Builds and sustains collaborative relationships at multiple levels in the organization. Demonstrate excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate ability to self‑motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize and maintain professionalism in a fast paced, changing environment. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and verbal & written communication skills.
