Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of experience with IBM IIB, WMB, DatapowerAt least 4 years of experience in software development life cycleAt least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projectsAt least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture reviewAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentsAbility to work in Scrum team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentsInterface analysis, Technical leadership, activities coordination, etcPerform reviewsInteractions with application teams, GI Team and other stake holders relevant to technologyExperience in Automation DomainExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile. These includeA high degree of initiative and flexibility.High customer orientation.High quality awareness.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team coordination with offshore team members.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
