Account Manager Responsibilities The Account Manager is responsible for direct contact with dealers, reps, and end-users in addition to effectively communicating to understand the needs and expectations of each project through orders, quotations, and drawings. This role works closely with Sales Engineers and Managers to receive approval for quotes and drawings and assist in managing projects to completion.
