Cardiovascular Specialist, Health and Science Professional - San Bernardino, CA

Role Responsibilities Drives sales in assigned territory. Engages with customers face to face and virtually. Develops and implements business and territory call plans; identifies live/virtual engagement strategies. Builds rapport and relationships using digital tools to maintain customer engagement. Uses internal reports/analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities. Leverages product and disease-state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded value propositions using approved resources. Collaborates compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance objectives. Completes all administrative expectations on time and compliantly. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2 years relevant experience (or associate’s degree with 6+ years; or high school diploma with 8+ years). Experience in professional sales/promotional activity, small business ownership/entrepreneurial work, marketing, customer service/account management, healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN/pharmacist/PT/OT), educator roles, or full-time military experience. Must live within 25 miles of the territory border. Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI/impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies. Preferred Qualifications 1 year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical-related marketing. Track record of sales/marketing success; territory management; strong communications; teamwork/leadership/accountability. Experience with relevant disease states/therapeutic area/products; knowledge of territory customers/markets; reside within territory boundaries. Benefits/Compensation (as stated) Base salary range: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly sales incentive bonus.
