Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions based on clients' unique needs and treatment plans.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health and substance use challenges to develop and monitor effective treatment plans.

• Keep comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of client sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions and staff meetings to contribute to a positive workplace culture and share insights on best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), in client sessions.

• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that all clients receive the appropriate support and follow-up care necessary for their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients navigating mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health treatment environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with an aptitude for active listening and empathetic engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in an outpatient setting or familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques is preferred. Further experience in collaborative treatment planning or family systems therapy will also be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
