As part of the Water Business Group, you will help shape how communities manage water for generations to come. Your work will directly support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience by delivering safe drinking water, treating wastewater responsibly, developing sustainable water supplies, and protecting lives and property through flood control. Responsibilities Increase HDR OA services market share by searching for and pursuing OA services contracts with local operations, directing the development of OA services marketing strategy, and maintaining a comprehensive list of all OA service projects and successes. Standardize HDR OA services delivery across the business group by maintaining best‑practice procedures, promoting their use, and overseeing OA services delivery in all collaborative delivery models. Identify and mitigate comprehensive risk related to OA service contracts, ensuring local delivery teams employ risk‑identification tactics and collaborate with general counsel on lessons learned. Elevate and maintain the HDR OA services brand in the water infrastructure market by winning more contracts, ensuring standardized delivery, and establishing HDR as the OA firm of choice. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering, or closely related field. Ten or more years of experience in a related field. Professional or engineering registration with related technical experience. Experience in developing and managing diverse teams. Ability to work cooperatively with business class regional directors, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers on business class efforts.
