Operational Excellence Associate - VIE Contract Location: United States of America, Framingham Target start date: 01/09/2026 iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. About the job As Operational Excellence Associate VIE within our Operational Excellence & Performance you’ll work closely with The Operational Excellence (OpEx) staff, engineers, and the compliance team to help solve manufacturing and facility related issues in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will support the biologics business unit ensuring continued delivery of high-quality products to patients. Support Value Stream Mapping, 5S and other operational excellence activities. Compile, analyze and format data for routine use in decision making and performance management. Build databases and digital tools to support operational excellence. Support supply chain robustness and continuous improvement activities. Review and analyze technical drawings and procedures. Investigate material and equipment failures. Identify and implement process improvements. Must have ability to get gowned and access good manufacturing practices (GMP) area and be autonomous. About you Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role would be a plus. Soft and technical skills: Ability to read, write and hold sensitive conversations in English. Strong Computer Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI is required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Self-starter capable of working in a high paced environment. Enjoy hands‑on work and interest in all things mechanical and automated. Education: Bachelor's Degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) / engineering (Preference is Chemical, Mechanical, Computer System, Electrical) or Operational Excellence.
