Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time)Memory Training Centers of FloridaNorth Miami Beach OfficeCompensation: $20 per hourSchedule: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pmMemory Training Centers of Florida is seeking a part-time Human Resources & Recruiting Assistant to support our growing team and expanding mental health practice serving seniors throughout South Florida. This role has a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition, making it ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys working with people, sourcing candidates, and helping build a high-quality clinical team.About the RoleThe Human Resources & Recruiting Assistant will play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts and day-to-day HR operations. A significant portion of this position will involve active recruitment, candidate sourcing, and proactive outreach to clinicians and potential clinical staff, in addition to general human resources support.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively recruit clinicians and clinical support staff through candidate sourcing and outreachConduct proactive candidate outreach to therapists, mental health professionals, and other potential clinical staffIdentify, source, and contact qualified candidates through online platforms, referrals, and community resourcesManage job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platformsReview resumes and screen applicantsSchedule and coordinate phone screens and interviewsMaintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring processAssist leadership with recruiting strategies and talent pipeline developmentSupport onboarding and new hire paperworkMaintain personnel files and confidential employee recordsAssist with background checks and reference checksTrack applicant flow and hiring progressProvide general HR and administrative support as neededQualificationsPreferred candidates will have:Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, healthcare administration, or salesExperience with candidate outreach, sourcing, and follow-up strongly preferredExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong phone presence and confidence speaking with professionalsExceptional organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple openings and deadlinesComfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismAbout Our PracticeMemory Training Centers of Florida provides specialized mental health and memory support services exclusively to seniors living in assisted living and independent living communities.
