Manage external communications agencies and vendors, including scopes of work, resource allocation, performance expectations, budgets, and periodic reviews. Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing Corporate Communications team, including defining roles and responsibilities, strengthening capabilities, and planning for succession in critical positions.
