Full time Customer Service Representative needed for a new 2 doctor practice in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition area.
Position Available for a full-time Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a self-motivated, upbeat, responsible candidate that is professional and dedicated to providing the best care to our clients and patients. Excellent customer service, organization and great communication skills are a must.
CSRs are responsible for opening and closing the clinic’s front desk, maintaining exam rooms, lobby and client restrooms. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to scheduling appointment, answering phone calls, responding to text messages, checking and responding to clinic emails, maintaining online pharmacy requests, and client payments.
Scott’s Addition Animal Hospital opened in March of 2021 and is a growing, busy small animal practice that offers routine care, hospitalization, surgery and dental services. We are continually growing, and we are looking for a new team member to join and grow with us.
Full time employment includes pet benefits, employee health insurance, and paid time off. Pay will be based on experience.
