Regular staff meetings and professional development sessions promote an inclusive atmosphere focused on growth and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist at Agile Body Therapy & Home Care, your responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their specific needs.Implementing therapeutic interventions across various settings, utilizing a mixture of hands-on techniques, modalities, and advanced therapeutic procedures.Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary while maintaining accurate documentation of each session.Providing patient education regarding exercises, home programs, and injury prevention to empower patients in their recovery journey.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care and maximize outcomes.Demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions to foster a supportive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.Achieving set performance goals and objectives to contribute to the overall success of our clinic.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric clients, neurology patients, and athletes seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries. Each patient's journey will provide you with the opportunity to apply your expertise in a variety of specialized areas, ensuring that you encounter different challenges and rewards throughout your practice.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients and team members.Proficiency in computer applications for documentation and scheduling.A commitment to building long-lasting relationships with patients to support their functional goals.A compassionate demeanor and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.Preferred ExperienceWhile not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred for this role:Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.Proven track record of working with a variety of patient populations, especially in orthopedic and sports medicine.Familiarity with evidence-based practice protocols and rehabilitation techniques.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
