Marketing Specialist position at Garney. Full‑time, salaried with a competitive salary range and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our growing Marketing Team and support high‑impact strategic pursuits. The role focuses on coordinating proposals, statements of qualifications, interview materials, and other client‑facing deliverables, while collaborating with leadership and technical teams to create compelling, client‑focused marketing content that supports pursuits and strengthens our brand. What You Will Be Doing Lead development of qualifications and proposals Support the development of capture planning, presentations, or client debriefings Prepare and distribute marketing materials for potential clients Support Marketing Team with administrative duties Support Operations and Business Development with national trade organization events, initiatives, and administrative duties Facilitate pursuit kickoff meetings, content development, review cycles, and final submission preparation Create tailored project descriptions and staff resumes for use in pursuit materials What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, strategic communications, journalism, or a related field – Required Minimum of five years of experience in marketing for professional services in the A/E/C industry – Required Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Required Exceptional communication skills Desire to work in a fast‑paced environment Ambitious, creative, and a team player Excellent judgment; works accurately and efficiently with minimal guidance Strong writing and editing skills Active listener with a strong work ethic Ability to meet deadlines and maintain acute attention to detail Some weekend and evening work may be required prior to critical deadlines. The selected candidate will work closely with the regional leadership group, in addition to supporting our national Marketing Team.
