About the Company Our client is building one of America's leading AI-powered financial wellness platforms, helping consumers build, manage, and grow their financial lives through intelligent, AI-driven financial guidance. As the company scales rapidly, they're looking for a highly analytical operator to work directly with senior leadership and help build the operational and data foundations that drive every major business decision. Location: United States (Remote)|(hybrid work from Phoenix, AZ preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Level: Mid-Senior Level Work Authorization: Required for USA About the Role This isn't a traditional Chief of Staff or project coordination role. We're looking for a strategic operator with exceptional analytical depth who can combine business strategy, data analysis, AI adoption, and operational execution. You'll partner directly with senior leadership to optimize decision-making, improve company operations, and build the infrastructure needed to support the next stage of growth. What You'll Do Own and improve the company's data operations, tooling, and reporting infrastructure Drive AI adoption across the business by identifying high-impact automation opportunities Improve operational processes across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Data teams Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic priorities and company initiatives Build investment-style analyses, executive briefings, and board-ready presentations Manage planning cycles, OKRs, and cross-functional execution Identify operational bottlenecks and drive solutions independently Partner with Finance and Data teams to monitor business performance and support data-driven decision-making Who We're Looking For 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Strategy, or another highly analytical role Experience within high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or consumer technology companies is highly preferred Strong hands-on experience working with large datasets Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis Strategic mindset with strong business acumen Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency Excellent communication and presentation skills High ownership, strong execution, and problem-solving abilities Based in the United States (hybrid work fromPhoenix, AZpreferred) Nice to Have Consumer FinTech experience Previous Chief of Staff or Business Operations experience Experience creating board presentations or investment memos Experience implementing AI-powered business solutions Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership What We Offer Competitive salary + meaningful equity Flexible hybrid / remote work environment Health, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited PTO High-impact role working directly with company leadership Opportunity to shape the operational strategy of a fast-growing AI company If you're a data-driven operator who enjoys turning strategy into execution and wants to build alongside an ambitious AI-driven company, we'd love to hear from you... #J-18808-Ljbffr C&D Talent Advisory
