Learn more at Position Information Brynson is seeking a Client Success Manager who is motivated by impact, accountability, and delivering exceptional outcomes for sophisticated multifamily portfolios. This role is central to building long-term, trusted relationships with our enterprise clients and ensuring Brynson delivers measurable value across every property and platform we support. The Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for large, complex client accounts and is responsible for overseeing all active ILS listings, performance optimization, reporting, and coordination with third-party integration and technology partners. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a focus on simplifying complexity, driving performance, and elevating the client experience. Requirements & Qualifications The ideal candidate brings strong multifamily industry knowledge and understands how property management operations, marketing platforms, ILS providers, PMS systems, and client expectations intersect within the broader proptech ecosystem. Candidates should be comfortable managing enterprise-level relationships, navigating evolving client needs, and translating platform functionality or technical concepts into practical, actionable conversations. This person should be proactive, solutions‑oriented, and capable of maintaining composure and professionalism in high‑pressure situations. We are looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and approaches client relationships with a high level of care, urgency, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients managing large, complex multifamily portfolios Deliver a best‑in‑class client experience across ILS Management™, Brynsights™, and the Fee Transparency Compliance Monitor™ Lead onboarding, client meetings, platform adoption efforts, and ongoing account engagement Translate portfolio reporting and platform insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients Partner cross‑functionally with leadership, product, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience Help clients navigate platform updates, operational challenges, and evolving business needs with confidence and professionalism Maintain strong follow‑through, responsiveness, and accountability across all client communication and deliverables Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and long‑term client value creation Operate effectively in a fast‑moving startup environment where priorities may evolve quickly Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the multifamily industry, property technology, or related SaaS environment 5+ years of experience in a client‑facing, account management, customer success, or relationship management role Strong understanding of multifamily operations, marketing ecosystems, ILS providers, PMS systems, and/or proptech platforms Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical or operational concepts clearly to clients Proven ability to problem solve independently, think critically, and remain calm under pressure Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment with evolving priorities Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through Experience with HubSpot, Asana, EOS, and Google Workspace preferred Ability to travel approximately 10–20% as needed Compensation Salary commensurate with experience Annual compensation range $100,000 - $120,000 Potential for annual bonus Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy and Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Company‑Sponsored Events/Outings If you are excited about helping clients solve real operational challenges, building strong relationships, and contributing to a rapidly growing company shaping the future of multifamily technology, we encourage you to apply.
