The Role The Client Success Manager at Reachtv plays a pivotal role in managing agency and brand relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, delivering strategic insights, and driving long-term client retention. This position blends analytical expertise, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strong outcomes across both direct and programmatic campaigns. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to delivering a white-glove client experience, consistently going above and beyond to ensure every interaction reflects excellence, builds trust, and delivers meaningful strategic value. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering timely, strategic, and personalized support. Manage the full campaign lifecycle across programmatic and direct channels, including planning, setup, optimization, and troubleshooting Provide proactive, data-informed recommendations to improve performance and help clients meet their goals Deliver white-glove service by building trust, anticipating client needs, and ensuring a high-quality experience at every touchpoint Prepare and present performance insights, pacing updates, campaign wrap reports, QBR presentations, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients Lead smooth onboarding experiences for new clients, ensuring all technical and strategic components are in place Foster strong relationships through regular check-ins, strategic touchpoints, and thoughtful engagement Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Programmatic, to resolve issues and uncover new opportunities Monitor account health and campaign success using internal tools and reporting dashboards Contribute to internal best practices and process improvements by sharing insights, learnings, and scalable solutions Stay informed on industry trends, technology updates, and market movements to bring fresh thinking and innovation to client strategies Take initiative on internal projects that support the growth, structure, and success of the broader Client Success team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital media, programmatic, or ad tech Proven account management success across 10+ clients Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and DOOH ecosystem Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfort with reporting tools like Excel, Looker, or Google Sheets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment Experience using platforms like The Trade Desk, GAM, Place Exchange, or Vistar Benefits Vision, dental, and medical insurance Unlimited PTO 401k matching plan 3 months of paid parental leave #J-18808-Ljbffr ReachTV
