Client Success Manager At DXC we use the power of technology to deliver mission critical IT services that our customers need to modernize operations and drive innovation across their entire IT estate. Responsibilities Lead delivery of high‑value contracted services across all service delivery towers, ensuring performance goals and cost commitments are met. Work with business partners and vendors to develop and lead a customer‑centric Account Service Team (AST) operational model, driving best‑in‑class TCE and quality. Promote customer satisfaction through efficient, effective service delivery; proactively manage issues that could impact delivery, identify transformation opportunities, and manage scope, resources, cost, and coordination. Own the account cost expense, actively seeking opportunities to reduce delivery cost. Serve as the single point of delivery accountability, managing overall delivery commitments, meeting delivery targets, service excellence, and operating within the POR financial model. Develop and nurture executive‑level client relationships; support the Client Manager in establishing reference accounts and growth opportunities. Qualifications First‑level university degree or equivalent education and experience. 8–15 years of related experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role. Multicultural and Mexico region experience. Ability to build and manage strong customer relationships at the executive level. Excellent influence, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal, written, presenting). Ability to apply business management, financial concepts, and contract knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations. Strong analytical skills for complex business issues and corrective action planning. Leadership skills to build and manage cross‑cultural, cross‑tower teams. Proactive risk management for high‑risk projects. Coaching and mentoring of experts and specialists. Industry sector knowledge (e.g., finance, manufacturing). Crisis and conflict management experience. Advanced degree is a plus. Relevant certifications such as PMP are a plus. Work Environment Office – New York City or New Jersey.
