Customer Service Representative – Full-Time

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Non-Remote) 

Brookwood Funding LLC , a national consumer lending company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative  to join our team in Alpharetta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable and growing company.

This is an on-site, non-remote position . No lending experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training. If you are dependable, enjoy helping people, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Assist customers by phone, email, and fax.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
