The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience managing a docket of Litigation matters from inception to trial. eDiscovery experience is a plus for this role. This candidate will ideally possess 2+ years of experience in litigation matters. Required Skills and Experience: Managing discovery Reviewing documents in Relativity Preparing for mediation Managing day to day litigation matters Preparing first drafts of motions Experience: 2+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background in complex/multi district matters.
