Our client seeks an experience Probate Paralegal with at least of 3 years of experience.

100% on-site

Downtown Houston

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case initiation to closure
• Draft and file court documents, including exhibits and e-filings
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, document production, etc.)
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and dockets
• Coordinate electronic discovery and document management
• Prepare probate pleadings, estate tax returns, and trust accountings
• Manage trust administration, probate matters, and conservatorships
• Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Possess solid technical proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and keep attorneys informed
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant legal experience preferred
