The ideal candidate will bring strong Ag and Commercial Lending experience and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships within the community.Qualifications:7+ years of Ag & Commercial Lending experience.Current or prior management experience is a plus.Strong relationship management and business development skills.Willingness to work on-site in rural South Central Iowa.
