Sales Representative – Up to $1,250 Weekly Guarantee

Job Summary
DRC Home Solutions is currently hiring motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are an independent distributorship of the Kirby Company and are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and building a rewarding career.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide complete training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
As a Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners through scheduled appointments, demonstrate the Kirby Home Care System, answer questions, and assist customers with purchasing if they choose. You may also help generate additional appointments through referrals and neighborhood canvassing.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.
- Present the Kirby Home Care System professionally.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Answer customer questions.
- Assist customers through the purchasing process.
- Ask customers for referrals.
- Help generate additional appointments through canvassing and networking when needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Attend training meetings and continue developing your sales skills.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay & Benefits
- Earn up to $1,250 per week when weekly performance goals are met.
- Complete 15 appointments and 3 qualifying sales to earn the $1,250 weekly guarantee.
- Representatives who do not qualify for the weekly guarantee will earn $35 for every completed demonstration, provided they complete a minimum of 5 demonstrations during the week.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses.
- Paid training.
