Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Manager:
• Lead corporate accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and general ledger integrity
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and AP/AR processes
• Review project accounting metrics (WIP, billings, job costing) to ensure accuracy and performance
• Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and strong internal controls
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Manager:
• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Construction / contractor industry experience required
