The Warbler

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Leadership Team.

This salaried position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to the art of hospitality and guest service while seeking a professional and committed team to work and grow with.

The Warbler is located in vibrant Lincoln Square. We are looking for outgoing, friendly and dynamic personalities to take on a management role. With our open air dining rooms and 125-seat patio, we are looking forward to an amazing 2026 and beyond.

Qualified candidates should possess:

Experience in a faced paced, service focused restaurant
A high regard for the art of hospitality and establishing relationships with clients
Food & Beverage knowledge (and curiosity) with a solid understanding of wine, beer and spirits.
Knowledge and interest of the Chicago dining scene
Experience with staff training and implementation of systems
Experience with reservation systems
Willingness to work extended hours, weekends and late nights
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal/oral/listening)
Excellent leadership and team building skills
