Responsibilities:

• Implement engaging summer camp activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children during all camp activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and creativity.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and experiences.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and dynamic camp experience.
• Conduct daily assessments of children's needs and adapt activities accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom and outdoor space.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to camp operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational or camp setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Positive attitude and a passion for fostering children's growth and learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs of the children.
