Take your forklift skills to new heights! We're looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Kansas City, MO. This is a great potential to hire opportunity for someone who is confident operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts and is comfortable working with high racking systems up to 30 feet. You'll play a key role in safely moving, staging, loading, and unloading products while keeping inventory organized and the warehouse running efficiently. Forklift Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform material handling and warehouse duties safely and efficiently
• Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Move, stage, load, and unload products throughout the warehouse
• Work with inventory stored in higher racking systems (25-30 feet)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and Food GMP guidelines

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience required, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Comfortable working with high racking/storage systems
• Food GMP experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and forklift
• Ability to work at heights when handling inventory in higher racking systems
