Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available: Day Shift, Evening Shift, and Night Shift

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Whether you're looking for day, evening, or night shift , we have opportunities available for experienced nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional resident care.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you'll deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Accurately complete electronic nursing documentation.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
