Position: Title Clerk
Locations: Burlington, NJ
Company: Burlington CDJR/Hyundai  Schedule: Monday-Friday   At Burlington Auto Group, we pride ourselves on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a seamless experience for both our customers and internal teams. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our growing automotive office team at our Burlington locations.   Position Overview: The Title Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle paperwork, handling title and registration documentation, and ensuring deals are accurately billed and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has strong attention to detail.   Key Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle title work and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner
• Verify documents and compliance for all vehicle sales transactions
• Maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and deal jackets
• Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to finalize motor vehicle transactions
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with dealership and state requirements
• Assist with additional office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous title clerk, notary public, or automotive dealership office experience preferred
• Prior work with online motor vehicle agencies is a plus
• Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
