Training Manager

Vice President Of Staff Development

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Staff Development to lead our organization's commitment to fostering a high-performing and continuously evolving workforce. This pivotal role will provide leadership and support to a team responsible for designing and implementing training initiatives, ensuring programs are aligned with organizational objectives, and cultivate a culture of learning and growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of education principles to drive impactful training and development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, organizational development, talent development, financial services, or a related field. Demonstrated experience leading projects, programs, or teams, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities. Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate training and development initiatives that support organizational goals.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD)
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
• Other relevant certifications in learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or talent management
