Essential Duties Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their needs, whether setting an appointment or answering their questions. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is being provided as the service contact Respond to emails Responsible for light filing, data entry and office support Communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external customers Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.
