Our outpatient office setting provides a supportive backup infrastructure when in-person meetings might be necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, couples, and family sessions to clients seeking outpatient support.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and relational challenges, utilizing these insights to create tailored treatment plans and set measurable goals.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with a focus on family systems theory, to effectively address communication issues and relationship dynamics among clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with prompt interventions, ensuring the safety and stability of clients and their families during difficult times.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Educate clients on practical skills for relationship-building and effective communication, as well as provide coping strategies to promote their overall mental well-being.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to foster a multidimensional approach to client care, enhancing the effectiveness of interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, keeping current with the latest advancements in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families grappling with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and transitional life challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possess an active Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Illinois.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a prerequisite, with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline preferred.

• A minimum of one year of post-licensure experience in outpatient therapy settings is required.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
