Raintree Solution Physical Therapy in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical status, medical history, and related conditions to establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic techniques, including hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and mobility training.
• Track and document each patient's progress, noting advancements as well as areas requiring modification to the treatment plan.
• Reassess and adjust therapeutic goals and treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on self-management techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the proper use of assistive devices to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with other health professionals within the facility to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services cater to a diverse patient population that includes children recovering from sports-related injuries, adults rehabilitating from surgery, and older adults managing age-related physical challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy, with eligibility to practice in Florida.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Proficient in using electronic health records and other necessary documentation systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within a rehabilitation facility or home care environment.
• Experience in treating a variety of conditions, including but not limited to orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Current CPR and first aid certification.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
