CNC Machine operator Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality precision components for industrial equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented machinist looking for long-term employment with a stable company that values quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities* Set up, program, and operate CNC machining centers to manufacture precision components.* Produce quality parts while meeting production schedules and cycle times.* Adjust tooling, machine offsets, and machine controls as needed.* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.* Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.* Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.* Work closely with team members to ensure quality and efficiency goals are met.Qualifications* Previous CNC machining experience required.* Experience programming CNC machining centers is preferred but not required .* Manual lathe and/or manual mill experience is a strong plus.* Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.* Ability to work independently and manage production priorities.* Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.Compensation & Benefits* Competitive hourly pay: $22.00–$25.00 , based on experience.* Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.* Opportunity for career growth and advancement.* Comprehensive benefits available upon permanent hire, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness programs.Pre-Employment Requirements* Must successfully pass a background check (no felony convictions).* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.#IND2Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourExperience:* CNC: 2 years (Required)* Machine operation: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person
