CNC Operator

CNC Operator Richards Industrials is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented CNC Operator. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Position Overview Richards Industrials, founded in 1961, is a manufacturer of pressure regulators, control valves, and other fluid control products. The company serves a range of end markets, including pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical, petrochemical, and various industrial segments. Responsibilities Machine operation/production Load/unload parts within qualified time given Distinguish and identify proper tooling/collects/fixtures and jaws for efficient set-up Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining Post edits CNC program to fine tune process for optimum performance Perform "first-piece" in-process inspection Machine set up Continuous improvement initiatives This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required.
