Candidate Requirements (Strict & Mandatory)

• Working Knowledge: hands-on skilled in:
• • Framing (rough carpentry, structural repairs)
  • Sheetrock/Drywall (hanging, taping, mudding, texture, seamless finishing)
  • Finish Carpentry (trim, casing, doors, cabinetry)
  • Flooring (LVP, hardwood, laminate, tile)
• Tools & Transport:
• • Must own a reliable work vehicle (Truck or Work Van) capable of hauling materials and job equipment daily.
  • Must own a basic set of personal tools .
• Experience & License: Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on trade experience. Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lead from the front—lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, and handling demanding site labor daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Framing & Structural Repair: Measure, cut, and erect wall studs, joists, and rafters; repair damaged structural members and replace subflooring.
• Drywall Installation & Finishing: Hang sheetrock, apply tape and joint compound, and sand to a seamless Level 4/5 finish or custom texture.
• Finish Carpentry: Install interior doors, trim, casing, baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry with tight, mitered joints.
• Flooring Installation: Prepare subfloors and install LVP, laminate, hardwood,
