Rowan College of Engineering Job Description Teach upper‑division engineering management courses. Hold a master’s degree in engineering or a related field. Demonstrate evidence of effective teaching. Compensation and Benefits Pay: Minimum $1,975 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year. Adjuncts receive the university’s standard benefits package, including health, prescription, dental, vision, retirement, tuition benefits and paid time off, subject to eligibility.
