Do you have a passion for senior living? We are seeking a Director for our Independent Living community in Chattanooga, TN.

The Independent Living Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our 31 retirement apartment community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years experience in senior living or healthcare management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Financial management and budgeting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff.
• Develop and implement programs, activities that support independent living residents.
• Responsible for marketing and occupancy efforts.
• Foster a positive resident-centered culture.
